Lake to lake CISMA Coordinator

Meet the new coordinator, Erica! She graduated from Northern Michigan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science). She began with Marquette County Conservation District as an Field Technician in 2019, and then the CISMA Outreach Coordinator from 2022-2026, and now has the opportunity to take on the role of L2L CISMA coordinator. Her role includes the day-to-day functions of the CISMA, writing grant applications, all grant reporting, maintaining L2L CISMA internal documents, coordinating the steering committee, and organizing the field work to accomplish restoration goals.

Lillian comes with a strong CISMA background having previously worked as Outreach Specialist for Three Shores CISMA on the East End and now joining the team at L2L CISMA! Lilli assists in day-to-day operations, social media management, and community outreach. Her other duties also include grant writing/reporting, and assisting in supervising seasonal field crews in invasive species management and other restoration projects.
